    I worked at Matrix Medical full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    nice co workers, nice work environment and location. plus bonuses. provides nice benefits and always looking towards the future and just got bought by a fortune 500 company which is great.

    Cons

    no matter what they tell you this is a sales job even though you are calling to set home health assessments with a nurse practicioner. last year they changed ceo and what used to be a great place to work and you felt you were doing something worthwhile now they bit off more than they can chew and it turned into another typical call center where only numbers count and how many appts you get each day. if you don't make your required metrics then you wont be there very long. If you make your numbers then your supervisor will hang around you and give preferential perks but if you aren't they don't get near you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You bit off more than you can chew to keep your fees up. So it took you away from the great work experience matrix used to be. Go back to the way it was before when everyone was making their numbers and bonuses and having a great time working there. stop putting so much pressure on your employees to push the envelope to make appts.
    hire more from within the company as far as supervisors.
