I have been working at Matrix Resources full-time (More than 3 years)

Working from home can be an excellent way to achieve a better work/life balance. Jobs of this nature allow for that.

No paid time off at all: no paid holidays, no bonuses, you must fight for a pay raise, no overtime thought you are pushed into working in (though not in so many words). Very unfair. No benefits at all unless you take their insurance (which you pay for) and it is at a very high cost.

    Advice to Management

Take better care of your people - your contractors.
