Constant lying-- to employees, to clients, to vendors.
NO benefits-- NONE!Advice to ManagementAdvice
This was a crazy, confusing place to work. The turnover is extremely high. They go through employees like nothing I have ever seen. I was lied to when I interviewed. Promised things that were never even GOING to happen-like profit sharing, like bonuses. We were all promised those things, and they were never intended to happen. It was talk to get you in the door.
Blatant lying is disgusting and most compared notes and realized, that this is a trend. Even in the job descriptions its completely misleading as to what you will actually be doing.
Again the word crazy comes to mind. Stress lives here. Confusion lives here.
There is no parking for employees (and we were all constantly receiving parking tickets--and was simply told that to avoid that, we should be parking 5/6 blocks from the office), there is not even clean water provided, and the lunacy in which you are asked to work is very high.
Stop lying to everyone would be a good start.
Start providing actual benefits.
Start CARING about what people say, versus arguing with them about everything.Doesn't RecommendNeutral Outlook
