Customer-oriented security products gives good security value. Good benefits.
UI is clunky. User interactions to navigate to features make some features little-used, even if the features themselves would give a good user experience. Main problem is with legacy functionality; contrast this with competitions' features: equally good, but not always as usable. UI is designed more as set-and-forget than interactivity.
Advice to Management
Consolidate features, add gamification/social aspects (i.e. McAfee Forums) directly to product.
