I worked at McDonalds for less than one year. For anyone who likes teamwork and meets new people everyday, I can really recommend the company.

The problem here it's about hours. You can end an entire week without having at least one hour of work. Also, you can decide to change your plans because you have to go to work. But once you'll be there, they will send you back home.

    Advice to Management

People working for you need more consideration. Also, I do not know why they hire hundreds workers when they just need dozens workers. The management could be more realistic and build good human relationship between the administration and the workers.
