Food is 50% off. The work isn't hard and sometimes there are moments where it isn't crazy busy. You can easily get 40 hours a week (depending on your location). Anyone can work there. The managers are required not to be rude to there staff. Flexible hours and its not very strict

You only get 50% off when working. The pay is bare minimum. Have to wear the ugliest of shoes with no arch support. Since it's a restaurant, sometimes you don't leave as scheduled. Sometimes you are there way passed your allotted time. Overtime is very rarely given to the crew members. You may get fat or the smell of the food start making you sick. I have no problem with Mexican just besides the fact I can't speak English so it is hard to communicate.

    Advice to Management

Try and give overtime to the crew members. Promoting faster would be nice
