    I worked at McDonald's

I enjoyed working with the emoloyees and getting to know them. I also enjoyed getting to know the customers on a personal level. It has a great beneifits package.

I think they need to recoginze the employees and the managers that do a great job with some kind of an award. They also need to do what they say they are going to do. The managers that go above the call of duty need to be promote it should not be based on if they are liked by the general manager it should be based on there job performance. I know I can run a great shift and the employess always worked well for me and I always got everything done for the next shift but, when I took over a shift it was always one excuse after another why they coud not get anything done yet that person gets promote over me. That is not right.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You really need to look into your managers and general managers and see who does the work and who does not and reward the managers who work there asses off for your company.
