Certain managers can be the same as what I said about customers, only worse because you see them every time you work

Be fair with paying your employees, please.
Be considerate with how greedy you guys are with your money. Your company makes a LOT of it, no need to milk every penny.
Hire older people, high school kids are hard to manage right, and are less likely to cooperate well with others. They also start unnecessary drama.
Try emphasizing more of the "team" values to managers during ITM classes, many managers manage with favoritism and rudeness towards others, even the General Manager. And from experience, the Supervisor as well!Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookApproves of CEO
