I was hired easily but they over hired, couldn't give hours, and were the dumbest people I have ever met.

I worked at McDonald's part-time (less than an year)

Pros... Not really any for me.

I had a socially slow man training me simply because of his seniority so I couldn't learn anything, everybody had different ways of doing things so I got yelled at about "DOING IT WRONG" every 2 minutes and when I would change it another person would yell "I ALREADY SHOWED YOU HOW TO DO THIS" No communication, terrible trainers, and worst of all they stopped giving me hours for 2 months, so I got a new job and after a month at my new job they called me yelling asking why I didn't show up to work that day. Honestly? I didn't even know I still worked there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn communication, train people right, don't over hire or build 3 McDonalds within 3 minute drive of each other.
