Current Employee - Certified Shift Manager in Peoria, AZ

I have been working at McDonald's full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Teaches usefull every day skills, i.e. multi-tasking.
Teaches you how to work quickly and accurately under pressure

    Cons

You cannot win, at McDonalds, unless your store is phenomenal as a whole. No matter how successful, you, as an individual may be, someone will always be able to make your success irrelevant, whether they hand food out wrong or simply suck at their job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Schedule more people, always, labor goals are too low.
