    I worked at McDonald's part-time

May not be for everyone, but I didn't submit an application, I knew someone who gave me the chance for an interview. We filled it out as I interviewed. Immediately upon starting, crew trainer position was offered. Taught me a lot I know now in life.. I left due to college.. but was easily able to pick up a McDonalds on campus due to my crew trainer experience. I skipped orientation for the new Mcdonalds, and they constantly offer room to expand.

I worked in a urban environment, so very understaffed, and poorly managed, but only due to the personal relationships I had with the managers (Lots of room for will which may be why it was so unorganized) other than that.. I would say a big Con is the pay.. Chic-Fila workers get paid more to do way less than a McDonalds employee.. it has to have to do with the over number of Managers, and Trainees they have, hat has to be where the money is going... I remember working days with only managers on the clock.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Personal Relationships with the worker can result in the worker trusting you enough to not let you down. A relationship in the wor can really improve worker performance and customer experience
