I have been working at McDonald's full-time (More than a year)

The best thing about this job is the fact that it is always an option. Once you work here, you'll always have a job to fall back on. I lost my job at Domino's and within a week I was able to start working at McDonald's again. I love the family you gain by working here, you work with people who live near you, and people you probably went to high school with. The job itself is hard to catch on at first for some people and there is a lot to learn, but over a few weeks, you'll catch on to the groove and live through dinner rushes.

Drama. There will always be drama wherever you go, though. Some workers don't take the job seriously but their hours get cut so you don't have to deal with them as much. The stigma of working at McDonald's. It sucks, but it's a good paycheck depending on how much effort you put in.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to employees that want to be promoted and those who are motivated by success and tell them how to succeed and get the promotion they want.
