Great work environment Supportive teams Exciting potential

Projects and innovation move at a snail's pace Roadmaps are constantly pushed further and further out Planning for a project or product takes more work and effort than the actual delivery of the product. WAY too many spreadsheets, wiki pages, levels of approval, meetings, and time go into just kicking off a project Management tries to project the idea of agile and lean teams, but that's by no means how it goes. Teams and projects are HIGHLY controlled, autonomy is difficult to come across, and micro-management infects delivery of valuable features

    Advice to Management

Fix the planning process. Pretending to be agile, while really doing waterfall is only hurting us more. Let teams be teams. If you're going to suggest the agile methodologies, then actually respect them.
