    Worst Interview Process Ever

Current Employee - Program Management in Emeryville, CA
Current Employee - Program Management in Emeryville, CA

I have been working at McKesson full-time

-Seemed like a pretty good company despite all the negatives

    -HR Staff is very bad/unorganized
-Hiring/Interviewing process is weak at best
-Folks in the interview process had negative things to say about each other and Supervisor

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-Don't tell folks you are having a difficult day in an interview then never call them back again.
-If you have someone in for an interview and don't select them, have enough class to tell the individual; HR contacts as well as interviewers did not respond to inquiry after inquiry following a very long interview. Who knows, maybe I was hired and didn't know?
