I have been working at McKinstry full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

If you like to engage your colleagues, McKinstry is the type of work environment that encourages collaboration. Critical thinkers are the people who question the reasoning, progress, and result of strategy. However, they are still willing to progress linearly and avoid stymied movement. Observers who don't offer solutions, but are quick to shoot down ideas do not fit well in this culture.

The management acknowledges dynamic skillsets. Leadership is open, around, and communicative. Healthy work life balance.

Very low stress environment. No stupid fake crystal achievement trophies like other companies. There's a social environment between business groups that aren't segregated like other companies. They give you free booze, food, and a driving range accessible 24 hours a day. Free secured parking. Working remotely options.

    Cons

Political. Industry average pay (though you must be willing to negotiate). Few people in roles for years that still don't have grasp of their product. Deadlines are often rushed because of extreme procrastination.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hoorah ambition is cool but when nothing gets finished, it's just another an empty promise to yourself.
