I worked at McLane Foodservice full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Great Pay, outstanding 401k, great benefits, stable company

    Cons

Very poor management with a lot of favoritism. Absolutely no loyalty to employees, expect write ups for every little thing. Management never listened to driver concerns hence problems were never fixed. As long as product got off the truck, that is all they cared about. Absolutely will not promote from within!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Back your employees, listen to their concerns and become the company you once were that said you were all about the employees

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
