    I have been working at MedAire full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    3 day work weeks.

    Cons

    Compensation is not equivalent to amount of work. Not enough staff at the Global Response Center to be able to satisfy the demand. Constant clients are joining, but employees are not being trained. Initial training is poor, which causes stress for CSE and Nurses. Management does not come straight forward about reviews, raises, or any personal or professional advancement. The employee must chase for anything to be completed. Poor company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Fire most of management, and rehire people who know what they're doing with a company of this magnitude.
