    I have been working at MedNet Solutions


    Small, when business is good, employees are taken care of


    Losing money, everyone took 10% pay cut. No annual raise, no bonus, promotions with no more pay - upper management is incompetent. Providing suggestions to better the business are not excepted if you haven't worked for the company for at least 7 years!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit so someone with actual management knowledge and skills can take over and maybe turn things around!
