    Pros

The company seems to have passion from the top down. There's a lot of good ideas being innovated so it'll be good to see how the company continues to improve over time.

    Cons

Compensation is pretty bad unless you're a developer. No real shock there, though. The culture is volatile at best with a mixture of big company and small start-up values. It's like mixing oil and water. Expectations are way out there and that hurts morale when they aren't met. The company is too focused on revenue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

A definite increase in pay is needed so good talent doesn't walk out the door. A management change or two wouldn't hurt either to continue the desired growth of the company.
