    I worked at Medi Home Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Co-workers supportive, caring, and friendly.

    Cons

    Large case load, poor daily planning, and an excessive amount of on-call. Very poor management, unprofessional, untrained, and unkind. The supervisors are poorly trained and have no experience managing others. This is evidenced by the high employee turnover and dissatisfaction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Encourage and acknowledge employee strengths, work on team building including management. Improve communication skills with employees using clear concise information.
