I have been working at MediFit Corporate Services as a contractor (less than an year)Pros
Facilities are clean and newCons
Conflicting communications to new hires. I was emailed an 'offer letter'.
A week later, I got an unsigned email from HR, saying that I was "not hired'. I got no response from corporate when I asked, via email, about the conflicting messages.
A month after that, I got a phone call asking "please come immediately to teach".
Can you believe it????
This company is so mixed up that I wonder if and what i will be paid!!!
Also they bid their job so low that they cannot make any of the necessary adjustments needed at new facilities. Thus, Medifit is unresponsive to the needs of the corporations they serve.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Co-ordinate your communications to applicants in order to have a consistent message.
Treat applicants with respect. No unsigned 'kiss-off'' emails.
The corporate office should have some attempt to return phone calls.
You present a picture of a mixed-up management that mistreats applicants and employees.
Perhaps you have too many managers per club. I noticed that other similar companies, there is only one full-time person on duty at a time. Take a look at their business model. IDoesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo opinion of CEO
