I worked at Medical Consultants Network

    Pros

The only reason I can see to work at MCN is to gain some experience and move on.

    Cons

The owner of the company is one of the most caustic human beings i have ever met. He is a Psychiatrist which makes his behavior all the more shocking.
The company has little use for their employes. During my tenure at MCN, I observed the owner firing an employee for smoking a cigarette in front of the office building. This employee lied on their application and said that they did not smoke. I watched the executives of this company use people for a short time period, and then fire them. This company has no regard for its employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice to Dr Grant is to sell the company to professionals. I would also recommend Dr Grant learn how to be a host at a business dinner. He should choose his conversation carefully. As the host, he feels he can discuss, well anything , even if it is inappropriate.
