    I worked at Meditech Media full-time (more than an year)


    The only good thing about this place was the people I worked with, well those that actually knew what they were talking about in their respected department.


    As an above viewer states, this definitely a finger pointing, throw you under the bus kind of company. It's kind of sad the way accountability from those whom are suppose to lead and manage fall short. As long as you are buddy buddy with the right people and stay in their good graces, you'll be alright. Be cautious on the picture painted to join the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your employees. Treat everyone equal in terms of accountability. Build moral and follow through with your promises. It's also not professional to talk about a manager not being competent for a promotion or potential new hire that didn't cut the bill, but then promote and hire those you just insulted to everyone else.
