Current Employee - Overnight Stocker in Bismarck, ND
Current Employee - Overnight Stocker in Bismarck, ND

I have been working at Menards full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

pays is ok and paid weekly thats the only pro

    Cons

Overnight shift there is no teamwork only by a few. There is a lot of disgusting activity going on such as affairs during work hours. If you are not interested in joining that type of clique then they will drive you out and force you to quit. A lot of bad attitude and backstabbing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The general manager needs to view overnight shift security tapes to see the night managers activity with lower level female employees. Sometimes they disappear for quite awhile while the employees who actually are there for work are doing everything.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
