    I worked at MentorMate full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    The PM's and SC's do a good job keeping the leadership out of their business so they are almost always able to execute. The price point is appropriate relative to the market and competitive.

    Cons

    Fairly negative work environment on the business side. Turnover every 6 months. When facing clients you are often required to explain the actions of management. They have a much worse reputation in the community than they realize. Clients leave angry. Prospects get jerked around. A lot of companies won't talk with you due to

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The growth was not because of leadership - it was in spite of the leadership. Your growth was less than similar companies in the same sector. You really need to step aside to protect your investment. The Taylor purchase should provide an opportunity to transition out so that employees can tell the story of a clean start to your prospects and clients.
