No carrier path. Clickish in certain departments. Some upper management too busy to attend to their employees growth.
Advice to Management
Consider putting those who are seasoned employees on the fast track. Its understandable you want some senior folks in the department, but atleast reward them for being more seasoned if you can't put them on the fast track. Its a slap in the face for someone new to the industry and company to be put on the fast track.
