I have been working at Mercer

Smart and competent junior staff. In fact, most consultants in practice are good, but principals are lacking many skill sets.
    Flexibility in taking time off.

"Team" Leaders are lacking professionalism, work ethic, industry knowledge, business sense and a social skill set.
No real opportunity for growth in the near future.
    High Turnover in H&B department
    Unfair promotion structure.
Stagnant group to work in for awhile.
