    Pros

The caliber of professional expertise of your colleagues is remarkable. The size of the organization lends itself to a variety of internal resources not found at smaller firms.

    Cons

Due to how extremely busy everyone is, I found it difficult to make friends or form strong personal/professional connections within my office (my own team was located remotely/ other locations.) Every day was a fire drill. New hire training was not very impactful and the first few months of my role were spent 'trying to drink water out of a fire hydrant'.

    Advice to Management

    Allow for more work/life balance.
