I have been working at Mercy Health Partners Toledo

Very smart people to work with. Certain Managers are really helpful. Can learn a lot and gain lots of experiences.

The pay is some of the lowest in the area for hospital RNs. Expect way too much out of their staff in certain units with a "Don't Care" attitude from higher ups. Very little support staff in some units. Unable to use sick time when you are actually sick without jumping through hoops.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you expect your staff to be experts in everything then pay them as such. Give incentives to work in harder areas or be trained in ICU. Why would you do so much more for minimal to no incentive?

    Neutral Outlook
