I have been working at Merge Design & Interactive

    Pros

Small company with friends & family feel. Personalities around the office were hard-working, focused, fun, and friendly. Good opportunity for large impact and influence on projects. New thoughts and ideas encouraged and appreciated. Good work/life balance.

    Cons

No formal SDLC process. Fairly small staff and basic business model.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Leverage 3rd party libraries and frameworks to speed up development. Implement project management and SDLC. Move closer to public transportation.
