    I have been working at Meritage Homes full-time (less than an year)


    I can not express any good things to say about Meritage Homes. They thrive on the revolving door for their employees.


    Meritage does not live up to their company mission statement. They will not do the right thing for the home owner or for the employee. Their only concern is the bottom line and will take advantage of their employees, business partners, and home owners in order to achieve their financial goals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Quit micro-managing your employees. Delegate and then let them run the business.
