    I have been working at Merkle full-time (more than an year)


    New changes for career architect are being implemented.
    If you have a good boss everything is well, however most of the managers in HR are micro managers.


    Too much micro managements
    No communication between different groups and different departments.
    No bonus for anyone under associate directors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Open lines of communication and change some managers to make things better for everyone . Also have a proper career structure.
