I worked at Metropolitan Family Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary is good, but not for the amount of work that is expected. Overworked, poor support and management.

    Cons

Enormous amount of work, poor management, inappropriate behavior among staff and hostile environment.

    Advice to Management

Need to work on protocol, professional behavior and respect of staff.
