    I worked at Metters Industries full-time


    Most of the people in the workforce genuinely want to provide a good service to their customers


    CEO is completely out of his league and antiquated. Extremely poor management at the top of the organization. Neither the CEO, CFO, or COO/CAO have the qualifications or experience to truly fulfill their executive roles and leaving the company and a healthy and prosperous way. Embarrassingly outdated processes and unaware leadership with no sophisticated skill sets compared to fellow competitor firms

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Replace all leaders - all VPs and above including the CEO. Pay your bills. Pay your subs. Win a contract for a change. Stop trying to create accounting tricks from one year to the next to play the game hiding recurring losses from DCAA. You can run but you cannot hide
