When I started, things were great, I was happy with the team, work, atmosphere, money, benefits, career opportunities.Cons
Things started to turn sour slowly. At the start, people got sacked every once in a while, which is to be expected in sales, but dismissals got more and more frequent and less and less reasonable.
There was never a positive outlook, things always seemed to be going badly, you were constantly in fear of buy outs, lay offs etc.
Culture completely turned around. Turned into a great place for dishonest people who walked all over their colleagues and kissed up to management.
Talent and skills weren't valued or nurtured. Very poor training.
Hard work and dedication weren't valued. Hitting sales targets was - not so much what you did to get there and the appreciation never lasted until the next month.Advice to ManagementAdvice
