    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Gym
Leftovers from the executive (CXO) lunches shared with the employees after a few hours
The company is a going concern (for now)

    Cons

Yearly salary bumps were in the low-single digits, barely keeping up with inflation in Tyson's Corner
    Bonuses have been slashed
The new CTO does not understand what it takes to build a desirable product...instead of focusing on product and strategy, the CTO micromanages the team, by forcing and reviewing timesheets (if you go to the bathroom for #2, you might have to fill that out soon too)

    Advice to Management

Micromanagement won't help increase license revenue, build great products, or provide a satisfying work environment.
