    I worked at MicroStrategy full-time


    Before, it is good for person who starting their career path; but now it almost no any pro, since it is people reduction and does not follow the trend of BI.


    1. Terrible business strategy. Large investment in non-profitable Usher project, and reduction in profitable Analytics project.
    2. Worse management than before. Some CXO's do not know technology, usually changing company structure to mask unsuccessful financial statements.
    3. Unstable planning. 2014Q1Q2 large recruiting followed by 2014Q3 large global lay off.
    4. Do not follow the trend of BI.
