Solid place to start a career but it is easy to get stalled regardless of performance.

I have been working at Micron Technology full-time (more than 3 years)

Great work life balance with decent compensation. Great if you want to settle down and have a nice stable job with no travel and not make waves. It can be very interesting to work with cutting edge DRAM and NAND technology.

Very vague and loosely defined promotion path. Since there are so many employees, much of the work is compartmentalized compared to smaller semiconductor companies. This leaves you a lot more focused in your area, but it is more difficult to migrate to other companies since you have such a fixed role.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a way to improve efficiency by reducing meetings and create a more reproducible business process for integrating data from various departments. Create a better path forward for individual development.
