I have been working at Microsemi full-time (more than an year)

-Microsemi SoC is a stable place to work, there is oppourtunity for leadership if you are outspoken and upper/middle management likes you.
-There is some flexibility in work hours

    - I feel I was a top contributor at previous organizations but here i'm just a regular person because my work is not understood by others
-Microsemi does not embrace latest industry flows in a timely manner
-There is not much incentive to work to your full potential and that really needs to be improved.
-Not compensated for over time with salary
-Salary increases were blocked due to budget for a long time

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a lack of moitvation to many young engineers and it feels that not all employees are treated equal. Management values years serviced over performance or capability of individuals. IT doesnt feel like a meritocracy.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
