    You get chance to work with lot of great people and Microsoft helping lot of organizations through giving campaign and salary and benefit package also very good


    This is too big company , if you don't have career plan , it is easy to get lost in this company

    Advice to Management

    More management training sessions should be available to employees, we see lot of trainings on technical side, management side, we have very limited training sessions
