Great company but it has to stop thinking that great talent can only be successful at its Seattle HQ

    Pros

Great environment to grow, nurturing and positive.

    Cons

If you want a career you simply have to live in Seattle, which cuts off hundreds of great talented people from making Microsoft more successful.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
