    I worked at Microvision full-time for more than 3 years


    The company has interesting technology and much intellectual property. It was a pretty flat organization and if you had good ideas you could most likely get permission (or forgiveness) to pursue them.


    Leadership historically has had trouble prioritizing and then adequately resourcing the programs and projects it chooses. It seems that in an tough environment the leadership didn't actually know how things got done in the company and let go key players. Many of the remaining team members followed on their own. Seems to be a revolving door in sales, marketing, and business development.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Decide what type of company you want to be and then resource that company and flawlessly execute. Or find a suitor and consider being acquired or simply shutting down the company and returning money to shareholders.
