Financial knowledge, building resume
Insurance is poor. Takes a long time to earn full time status. To move up, have to apply and interview with managers who aren't even your manager as if you are a new employee. No set schedules. Can't get basic insurance until full time, only hired tellers in at part time.
Advice to Management
We need set schedules and knowing the next week's schedule on Thurs/Friday doesn't give enough time for scheduling appointments or anything. Don't make it do hard to "earn" health insurance. Most companies offer that upfront. Also stop telling people how good your health insurance is without telling them or takes 5 years off being in the company to earn that level of insurance which is still pretty average. There is a basic insurance at full time level. Not great. The higher level instance (after 5 years) Not worth a 5 year wait for sure.
