I have been working at Middlesex University full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Middlesex University is a great place to work due to the amount of diversity and the people you get to meet from all over the world, including the students and staff.

Most of the academic staff you get to work with have extensive industry experience, they are always very supportive and encouraging whether it comes to working with them as colleagues or getting advice on your studies, they are always there to listen.

One of the amazing perks of working at Middlesex University is that, along with the job you may get the chance to study for a qualification funded by the university, however, this depends on your manager.

    Cons

No set career path, more training and a supportive approach to keep staff in the company would be really good for staff who are loyal to the organisation.
