I worked at Millard Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Employees and people you meet

    Cons

no concern for employees, no time spent training new managers, terminations without just cause, under staffing, promotions offered but never given, bad regional management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop terminating field managers for your inability to service your accounts. Your regional manager is the one who has a responsibility to the customer just as much as the project but never makes regular visits.Get more regional support for managers so that they may be able to excel in their positions. There is no support and if you need help from your regional forget about it. The employee cleaning the mall are your biggest assets in cleaning these malls and deserve to be treated better with raises given on time and supported in their time of need.
This company could be better if they were more organized upper management is a JOKE!
