I worked at Millennium Information Services as a contractor (less than an year)

There are no positives. I did save the humorous emails from management though to share with people.

Cheap fees. Crazy expectations for these ridiculously low fees. For $11 they want you to sometimes drive 5 hours round trip. Then take a n address pic, front, all sides, all sides of outbuildings, 4 distance roof pics, 1 zoomed in on pole roof pic, if the roof was crappy you have to do more pole pics, electric meter, mast, complete meter and mast, any're talking 30 pictures on an 11 dollar job. THEN you label them, fill out redundant forms. Usually it'd get kicked back. You never got the same answer from QA twice. For 8 bucks more you had to diagram the home and all outbuildings. After all this, you make probably $3 an hour. I quit and have more spending money.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Raise your fees. Or lower the work. For $11 have QA fill out the 6 pages of forms.
