I have been working at Mimar Architects (Mimarch) full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The staff is generally helpful to one another. The office has plenty of parking. Coffee has gotten better, and it's still free. There may be a move to a more spacious office, a thing desperately needed.

    Cons

I'm not a medical expert, but management may literally be insane. It makes a massive marketing effort to chase work for which the company is in no way qualified. Virtually every employee took a pay cut when he accepted his job. The company persists in its belief that the industry standard for annual vacation is one week, and often does not inform employees of the lesser figure until after they begin work. All profits seem to flow to management's wardrobe and leased automobiles. There have been past episodes in which management literally screamed at an employee. Management is generally thought to be untrustworthy and contemptuous of staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Cease treating the workforce as the enemy.
