No balance between work-life; It's all about work and no life. Benefit package is confusing and lackluster; Not competitive with rival competitors Long work hours. Factory-like work environment. Advice to Management
Listen and care for your employees' well-beings. They are the real "asset" of the company. More encouragement and promotions from upper management to employees. More "horizontal" management than "vertical" and allow more cross-functional communication among divisions.
