I have been working at Mindjet full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people make for a great place, but I can still work from home when necessary. The technology is current and interesting and the job can very rewarding. I like coming to work, which is new for me. Twice a week we get a free lunch. They really encourage new ideas and collaborative working instead of plodding through the same old nonsense. I'm really happy I came here, and I can see myself wanting to stay a long time.

    Cons

    I haven't found any yet.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please keep up the good work.
