I have been working at Mindlance

Flexibility, great coworkers, entry level opportunities, some managers really do listen and care about their employees, but are not always given the power to make decisions towards positive change.

Reactive not proactive, every man for himself, low salaries, expect employees to do the job of 2 people without incentive of promotion or pay raise/bonus, communication gaps in every direction, off-shore model without proper training (needs on-going training), takes forever to make small changes, old processes, willing to cut corners, some clients are demanding and use unethical practices and nothing is done to make the relationship more mutually beneficial, employee happiness is not a concern of upper management at all.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Most employees feel over worked and under paid, and like no one in management is really listening or those that are listening have limited power to make real change.
